MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join on of our top global clients in this long-term contract REMOTE role!
Team is comprised of user experience researchers with a focus on the employee experience. Typically, when working in UX or CX it is external facing. A lot of the same skillsets will be used but approached differently because this will focus on employees vs customers.
- Experience with UX Research tools like the OptimalSort, UserZoom, UserTesting.com, or other tools
- Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or other survey platforms
- This person would have a well-rounded research skillset, not just usability testing, exploratory research related to human centered design and facilitating workshops, interviews, creating survey questions surrounding the employee experience.
- A large part of the work is researching for the onboarding experience
- 50% ad hoc research - different employee journeys, digital experience.
- Primary research but understanding of data analytics to understand how effective the changes are. Digital metrics and measures
- Interface with product, design, and development teams to raise awareness of user needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Understand stakeholder research needs and identify the right research methodologies to address them
- Fully execute research projects from initial kick off, to fielding/interviewing, to sharing findings as a primary researcher
- Develop UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator's guides, and results summaries
- Synthesize research findings elegantly and efficiently * Identify unmet research opportunities that can add value and efficiently execute them
- Research and Exploratory
- Initiative - needs them to be a thought partner.
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Report findings and draw connections to recommendations and actions. Solutions that the research points us to and be able to speak to them, not just provide the data.
- Must have an obsession with understanding how to make amazing experiences for human beings
- Willingness to challenge the status quo when it comes to addressing the needs of users * Enthusiasm in ambiguity and uncertainty
